Bills’ experience is quite varied. Initially specializing in Commercial Real Estate, he developed several projects including Easton Commerce Center, Easton Plaza and numerous buildings in downtown Easton.

Mrs. Dunker has been an instructor for national companies where she taught the Principles and Practices of Real Estate for pre-licensing students. Many of those students are active agents today. In addition she has taught Continuing Education classes for agents which included Fair Housing, Ethics and Predatory Lending. She enjoys giving and receiving referrals from past students and clients.

Sandy and her husband, Dave, are residents of Easton, MD. They relocated here from North Carolina in 2003. Sandy and Dave are both active with their church where they participate in many activities and committees.
