Here's How it Works:

Lets say you work as an agent for EXIT. You introduce Mary to your broker and she is recruited as a salesperson. This introduction is called sponsoring at EXIT Realty. As Mary's transactions close, you are paid an amount equivalent to 10% of Mary's gross production as a special bonus. This is paid from EXIT's head office and is deducted from the broker's portion of the commission. In this example, Mary earns $100,000 annually. This means you will receive $10,000 in bonuses. In the EXIT system, sponsoring can be done in any office right across the continent and it continues for as long as the agent introduced stays and produces business.

In the example, let's say you sponsor in nine more agents producing the same amount of earnings. You would then benefit financially to the tune of $100,000 annually. This amounts to $1 million dollars over 10 years. These bonuses are over and above your commission. They fill in the gaps between closings and provide you with abundant cash flow streams heretofore unavailable in real estate and you become totally recession proof as a result.

The broker of the office benefits also because everyone in the entire system in North America has a vested interest in the growth of his or her office. And to top it all off, sponsoring bonuses are now paid out by e-business.

10-7-5 EXiT Formula Summary

EXIT Realty's unique formula of single-level residuals is revolutionizing the real estate industry.

10% Sponsoring Residuals

When a salesperson is introduced to management and recruited into EXIT, each transaction that they close generates a bonus that's equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions earned by the recruit, payable to the individual who sponsored them into the company. The bonus is paid via EXIT's head office, and not subtracted from the new recruit's commissions. And it continues perpetually for as long as the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates sales.

7% Retiring Residuals

Should an "EXIT" salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, a "pension plan" is created from the sponsoring bonuses that he or she has established. Also, the retiring salesperson retains the privilege of enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into the company.

5% Beneficiary Residuals

The sponsoring bonuses you have created turn into a beneficiary residual providing added security for your family.
